A review of the factors affecting offshore outsourcing of information technology services

Nowadays, new business practices have brought tremendous economic prosperity to different countries. Business process offshoring (BPO) is one of the most attractive economic and business strategies. There are several types of Offshore outsourcing, one of which is IT offshore outsourcing. Following the literature review, we identified factors affecting IT offshore outsourcing. Besides preparing the ground for future studies, it is hoped that the present results help business managers make better offshoring decisions.
